Family-friendly tourist accommodation in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer

Over generations, our family has always been deeply attached to the Camargue and its landscapes.

Today, this story continues through two establishments with distinct personalities: Le Cocardier, in the heart of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, and Le Mas de mon Père, surrounded by nature.

Passed over the years by family members, these two establishments now welcome travelers with the same desire to share this region that is so dear to us.

Céline and her husband William now oversee these two houses with passion, simplicity, and a love for the Camargue.

The Cockatiel, in the village

Le Cocardier is one of the oldest houses in the village of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. It belonged to Jeannot, Céline's uncle, who had established the first tourist accommodation there. Céline took over the house in 2002, adding a crêperie to the accommodations. The crêperie finally closed in 2020, leaving only the tourist accommodations today.

My Father's Farmhouse, in the countryside

Built in 1898, Mas de mon Père has been passed down through the family for several generations. Céline's grandparents, Marie-Jeanne and Victorin, used to cultivate vines and asparagus there. In the 1970s, they began welcoming travelers. Robert, Céline's father, took over the estate in the 1990s, before she herself took over in 2015 with her husband, William.

Eco-responsibility

To continue protecting our little corner of the Camargue, we are implementing various small actions on a daily basis.

You are invited to participate at your own level, particularly by sorting your waste during your visit to our authentic tourist accommodations in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer.

The friendly, family atmosphere

Each tourist accommodation has its own personality, its own world, but they all share a pleasant, gentle and friendly atmosphere.

Your kind and smiling hosts are there to listen to you and help you organize your stopovers in the heart of the Camargue.

Holidays for everyone

Whether you're travelling as a couple, a family or a group, our two locations welcome a variety of travellers. Horse riders will appreciate the option of bringing their own horse, while birdwatchers can enjoy the proximity to natural areas.

Le Cocardier is particularly suitable for those who wish to stay in the heart of the village, while Le Mas de mon Père offers a more natural setting.
